When will my order ship?

All of items will be shipped out within 2-3 working days upon cleared payment (except Weekends and Holidays)

We usually ship items by china Air post, Hong Kong post, EMS, UPS, DHL and you will have a tracking number.

Approximate shipping time to different regions as follows:

Delivery time is approximate 16–25 working days to most of UK and USA destinations.

How Will I Know If My Order Is Confirmed?

If you provided a valid email address during the checkout process, you will receive two emails after your order is placed

1) The first email confirms the details of your order with a link to your Order Status page for tracking your order

2) The second email notifies you your order has been shipped and contains your tracking number and carrier.  Again, the email contains a link to your Order Status page for tracking your order.

Tracking Number

All tracking number will be emailed to the customer as soon as the tracking information becomes available. Due to high-season demand our support staff may be delayed in delivering you the tracking information, if you haven't received your tracking number within 10 days of purchase please contact us at info@dimensionpromises.com

Announcement

All shipping company in China will shut down between February 4th and 10th for the Chinese New Year, give or take a few days. As a result, any product from our Chinese warehouse will face a shipping delay from February 4th to 10th. Any order from February 1st to February 10th will ship on February 11th. Rest of the shipping time duration will be as usual.

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

US Delivery Times for Free Domestic Shipping

If item ships from the United States, delivery time is 5-7 days on avg.
If item ships from outside the United States, delivery time is 15-25 days on avg.
The above shipping times are based on where the item ships from. 

Delivery Address Change

Delivery address cannot be changed after an order has been shipped. Please carefully review the shipping address before completing your order.
