DDS OFFERS FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS TO USA, CANADA & UK, NO MINIMUM PURCHASES REQUIRED. PLEASE ENJOY THE FREE SHIPPING BENEFITS!
Announcement: All shipping company in China will shut down between February 4th and 10th for the Chinese's New Year, give or take a few days. As a result, any product from our Chinese warehouse will face a shipping delay from February 4th to 10th. Any order from February 1st to February 10th will ship on February 11th. Rest of the shipping time duration will be as normal.
We use trusted and reliable shippers to deliver your orders to our cherished and valuable customers. These shipping services are provided by, but not limited to: FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, China Air post, Hong Kong post, EMS.
After your order has been successfully placed, please allow 24 hours for us to process your order before it ships. Estimated Delivery Time is 15-29 business days depending on your geographical location. In rare circumstances orders can take longer. Don't be alarmed if you don't receive all items in a large order at once, we don't like to keep our dear clients waiting so we send each item as and when it arrives. If your order doesn't arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping information on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
Delivery address cannot be changed after an order has shipped. Please carefully review the shipping address before completing your order.
Changes and Cancellations requests are only allowed within 24 hours from the time that the order was placed. After 24 hours have elapsed, no order modifications are allowed.
DDS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it. Please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. If you have any problems doing this reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Note: Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often unavoidable. Our shipping times are only guidelines and no specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the us for a full refund (returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging) or receive another item of your choice that will be shipped to you free of charge. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Please be advised that if you do ship your return or exchange back without contacting one of our customer service representatives via telephone or email, we will not be able to process a refund nor an exchange. As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring your return is delivered to us in the condition it was received in. All return shipping labels with a tracking number will notify you (and us!) when your return is received. If we do not receive your return in a timely manner, no refund or exchange will be granted.
